At Hookups, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all technical tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is confirmed via email.
